Description of Event:
Join us for the 12th Annual Fiberfest Eureka on the first weekend in August - Saturday and Sunday August 1st and 2nd, 2015. It will have classes working with the natural fibers - with the wonderful instructors and demonstrators you've come to expect for spinning, weaving, felting, crocheting, knitting, and animal care and selection - and it'll have the animals there that provide many of the fibers. There will be evaluations for fiber animals, judging for fleeces and finished products, and the usual farm photo contest. There'll be flock/animal assessments instead of animal shows, allowing for the individual evaluation of an animal or flock by an experienced judge.Information:
