Erie's Wild Rib Cook Off and Music Festival will be celebrating 25 years of delicious, fall-off-the-bone, tender tasty BBQ in 2015. Beginning on Wednesday, May 27th, the National touring, award-winning BBQ Rib Cooking Teams will be at the ready in their portable kitchens loading their BBQ cookers with Saint Louis style RIBS! Their BBQ cuisine will be prepared to perfection with specialty rubs and slathered with secret sauces. There will be lots to choose from including Full Slab and 1/2 Slab dinners, tasters, sandwiches, pulled pork, brisket, BBQ chicken, lots of sides to choose from and more!
