Description of Event:

The 38th Annual Eastham Windmill Weekend celebration will take place on September 11,12 and 13, 2015. The Craft Show will be held Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m., in the gymnasium of the Nauset Regional High School on Cable Road.
There will be a total of thirty­six spaces in the show. Each space will be approximately ten feet
wide by ten feet deep except the two spaces on either end of the center rectangle, which will be
eleven feet wide by eight feet deep. Wherever possible, we will accommodate requests for particular spaces.
The registration fee will be $50.00​. There is a $20.00 Transient Vendor Permit fee required by
the Town of Eastham, good for one year, if you have not already obtained one.
The gymnasium will be open at 7:30 a.m. to allow sufficient time to set up displays. All setting up must be done on the day of the show. Please arrive prior to 9:00 a.m. You must supply a table that has floor protectors. Chairs will be provided. Tables should be covered to the floor on
all sides so boxes and storage can be hidden underneath, neatly out of sight. No food will be available at the school.
To register, complete the enclosed application and return it with a check payable to “Eastham Windmill Weekend.” The Transient Vendor Form check can be made out to the “Town of
Eastham” and enclosed with your application. Send the application and check(s) to Christine
