Description of Event:
Event will be held on September 30-October 1, 2016. Dalton Defender's Days are put on the first full weekend in October to commemorate the lives lost defending the town of Coffeyville against the Dalton Gang that rode in on October 5th, 1892. That day will be rememberd as the Dalton's Last Raid. Highlights includes 5K fun run and walk. Watch them outlaws try to rob Miss Kate's saloon. Crusin with the Dalton's car cruise Friday night at 6:30 PM. Re-enactments: Friday night 6 pm, Saturday: 11:00, 3:00 and 5:00. Lots of great entertainment on stage downtown. Food court full of delicious goodies, arts and crafts on corner of 8th and Walnut, Power of the Past of the 1800's on 9th street on Sat 9-4. Come and check out old time tractors, old time crafts and take a walk back in time. And much more.Information:
