The weekend will begin with an "Evening of BBQ, Blues and Jazz Concert" Friday October 3rd at the historic Harriet Barber House, 116 Barberville Loop and Lower Richland Boulevard, off Garners Ferry Road, Hopkins, SC. This years concert features Back By Popular Demand Grammy Award Winning Recording Artist: ""Ann Nesby"" (former lead singer from the Sounds Of Blackness), Soul Sensation and former lead singer of the Tower Of Power, The Top 40 Sounds Of ""Second Nature"", RandB Singer and Columbia's own ""Carlos Santan"", and ""Daniel Davis and Urban Instrumentalist"". The celebration continues on Saturday, October 4th, 9:00 AM at the Congaree National Park and at 11:00 am at the festival site on the yard of Old Mount Moriah Site. A wide array of major inspirational recording artists (singers, dancers, instrumentalists, etc.), will perform. Food and product and some of the Carolina's Most Popular Vendors will also be on site; a special offering is... Serco's famous ""Swamp Juice"". Don't let the name Swampfest fool you it's..
