Enjoy a relaxing summer day at the Fifth Annual Chaplin Creek Fiber Festival where you can learn about the ancient arts of spinning, weaving, dyeing, knitting, crocheting, as well as fiber producing animals and plants. The Fiber Festival will include demonstrations and workshops for many of the fiber arts such as felting, dyeing roving and yarn, spinning and spindling. Vendors will offer raw and washed fleeces, prepared natural and dyed roving, mill spun and hand spun yarns as well as supplies to start or enhance your interests natural fibers. All levels of experience will have something to enjoy; from the person with a new interest in any of the fiber arts to the most skilled Fiber Artist! Hours: 10am to 4pmInformation:
