Carnaval on the Mile, a FUSION of Jazz and Art, fine cuisine and children's entertainment begins on Friday, March 2nd with a kick-off concert at Ponce Circle Park. The weekend activities contine on Saturday, March 3rd and Sunday, March 4th, 2012. Three musicial stages present Latin jazz and funk with musical groups from New Orleans, NY. San Francisco and musicians from our own backyard. Experience a mile of paintings, sculptures, photography, crafts and jewelry of the highest caliber at the Artist Village. International foods from local restaurants line the street for a culinary delight Carnaval on the Mile, a Free event for all age groups!
