March 31 is the debut of the 2012 BlueGrassRoots Music and Arts Festival. This one day festival includes southern Bluegrass musicians on stage, street jams, Contra dancing as well as an arts and crafts show for self-taught artists and artisans. This is a great opportunity for FOLK and OUTSIDER artists! There will also be local food and beverages and a children's area. The event is held on Main Street in historic Stone Mountain Village, just a 15 minute drive from Atlanta. This event is co-hosted by AFFPS: by artists for artists.
