Festival will be held on October 17-18, 2015. In the Blairsville - Union County area of North Georgia, the Blairsville Sorghum Festival has been a part of Blairsville's heritage for more than 40 years. Arts, crafts, exhibits, food, music, activities, square dance, biskit eating, pole climbing, log sawing, horseshoe pitching, rock throwing and, of course, sorghum mill grinding cane and cooking sorghum. 2015 Festival Dates: October 10th and 11th/17th and 18th.
