Berkeley's Third Annual Black History Month Celebration will be held on February 28, 2016 with the theme: "HISTORYMAKERS", at the Ed Roberts Campus, 3075 Adeline St, Berkeley. Premiere showing of film Fair Legislation: The Byron Rumford Story; Black Inventors Display by RJ Reed; Historical Exhibits; Musical and Dance Performances; food and art vendors. Free admission. Hours: 2PM-5PM
