Annually, the festival celebrates the rich and thriving traditions of the African American community. Drawing in renowned and local entertainers, small and large businesses, the festival continues to be a vibrant extravaganza that has become one of Baltimore County's treasures. The festival is free, family-oriented and will be held in Towson, MD at Towson Patriot Plaza on September 17, 2016.
