Autumn Fest featuring a Children’s Halloween Weekend coming to Pitman
PITMAN, NJ- Halloween is time for costumes and fun. That’s what you will find at the Autumn Fest & Children’s Halloween Weekend coming to the Virtura Total Turf, 614 Lambs Road, Pitman, October 22-23, with the hours of Saturday,11am to 9pm, Sunday,11am to 6pm. This is Halloween fun exclusively for children under 12 years old and held indoors and outdoors. The Autumn Fest will cover over 50,000 sq. ft. and is billed as the largest indoor event in South Jersey’s history. Five big events all take place over the weekend and visitors should plan on spending the most of the day.  Everyone is invited to wear their favorite Halloween costume. Visitors will enjoy games, magic shows, Autumn Arts & Crafts Show, indoor carnival, South Jersey Fall Home Show Expo, Trick or Treat Stroll, House & Home Exhibitors, Stilt Walkers, The Monkey Man, Jugglers, Brainwash Game Show, Money Machine, Halloween Décor, delicious food, shopping galore, handmade crafts, face painting, daily drawings and giveaways.

In keeping with the Halloween theme, there will be contests like the Parents and Guardian Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest (no professional eaters), Gourd and Pumpkin Hunt, Best Halloween Costumes for kids 12 & under, coloring contests designed to make this Halloween season fun for the whole family. All contests are free to enter and kids dressed in costumes will receive a free gourd. 
When visiting the Autumn Fest. Make sure to enter to win TV’s, appliances, gift cards and home décor. You must be 18 & older to enter and the drawing will be held in every two hours at the Information Booth located inside the Total Turf Experience. 
In addition to the Autumn Fest the local Pitman Fire Department is sponsoring a Corn Hole Tournament fundraiser and outdoor beer garden, complete with entertainment. There will be an admission fee to the beer garden and visitors must be 21 & older to enter. Information about the Corn Hole Tournament Fundraiser is available by calling Bill at (631) -617-2478
