The Atlanta Arts Festival is an annual event that takes place in Piedmont Park on the 2nd weekend after Labor Day. The 2014 festival will take place on September 13th and 14th. The Atlanta Arts Festival is a multi-day, outdoor festival with an emphasis on the visual arts. Set in historic Piedmont Park, this festival fills the fall time art festival void in the City of Atlanta. Bringing together outstanding artists from all over the country with the large and enthusiastic art buying community of the Atlanta area, the Festival will feature more than 200 of the country's finest painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craftspeople, glass blowers and more! This Festival will also offer visitors the opportunity to view artist demonstrations, enjoy live entertainment, participate in hands on arts activities, and enjoy festival foods and beverages.
