Description of Event:
Art in Bayfront Park Art Fair is a free, two-day fine art festival showcasing over 180 gallery quality artists and entertainers from all across the United States. Artists display stunning works in a large variety of mediums. There is a grueling jury process for each of the artists to go through to be accepted into Art in Bayfront Park art fair, only the finest artists are asked to participate. Artists not only sell their art at the art fair, they will also be judged. An award ceremony will take place on Saturday. Eight ‘first place’ awards will be given in the following categories: Clay/Ceramics, Fiber, Jewelry, Wood, Glass, Photography, Sculpture, and Painting/ Drawings. The winners of these first place awards will have their blue ribbons displayed on their booths after the ceremony. A “Best in Show” award and trophy will go an overall winner.
Free entertainment is performed on Bayfront Park’s main stage throughout the day.
