Now in its 16th year, the 2014 Appomattox Cheerz season events are held on the third Friday each month from April through September, with the final event being held on the second Friday of October (to help kick-off the annual Railroad Festival Weekend) in downtown Abbitt Memorial Park from 5:30-9pm. Events include live performances from local bands, adult beverages (beer and wine coolers are available - proper ID required to obtain a beer bracelet and/or beer tickets so please bring your ID), a 50/50 raffle, as well as a local non-profit organization selling drinks, delicious hot food and snacks. Hours: 3rd Fri each month, 5:30pm-9pmInformation:
