Description of Event:
Every year, more than 2000 New Englanders make their way to Newport from all around the state of New Hampshire, and New England to enjoy 80+ booths of handmade crafts, including pottery, woodworking, glass, fiber arts and more. The fair also features live music, an apple pie contest and sale, and the Firemens' Famous Chicken Barbecue. In addition to all of the festivities on the Town Common, fairgoers will also enjoy the Richards Library Festival that features an outstanding book sale, cookie walk, crafts for kids, a children's tent, and lunch on the library porch.
