One of Chicago's most legendary street festivals and Andersonville's quintessential yearly celebration, Andersonville Midsommarfest, returns for its 50th year. Join us for a weekend filled with flavorful international food, lively entertainment, unique artisans and vendors, and a family-friendly array of interactive activities. Born out of Andersonville's Swedish heritage, Midsommarfest will transport you back to the old-world Swedish traditions. Dance around the Maypole, sample flavorful international food and you can experience it all without the use of a passport! Plus, family friendly activities will allow for children of all ages to enjoy entertainment such as Nordic Folk dancers, a pet parade and look snazzy with some face paint, all while experiencing enjoying a beautiful June weekend. Hours: Saturday from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 10:30 pmInformation:
