Each year during the third week of May, the Amazing Earthfest in Kanab, Utah, celebrates land and life on the Colorado Plateau with a week of exciting educational activities offering essential experiences of the natural environment. For seven exciting days, explore the exquisite color country and red rock canyons of southern Utah and northern Arizona. Enjoy learning about the natural sciences, land ethics and management, astronomy, Native American culture, and Pioneer history. Be entertained with live classical and folk music, a poetry recital or dance. Delight in viewing fine art. Participate in workshops, lectures, and adventures in archaeology, biology, ecology, geology, wildlife, paleontology, creative writing, climate change, recycling, sustainable living and more.
