2016 Kentucky Black Bear Festival and Kingdom Come Swappin' Meetin' will be held together on September 30th and October 1st. It'll have art, crafts, retail vendors, great rides and games for the kids, as well as great entertainment, your choice from gospel, bluegrass, country, and southern rock concerts that are free to the public.
