Description of Event:
The 2016 Heritage Festival will be held at Venters' Landing on Friday and Saturday, May 20th and 21st, 2016. On Saturday, it will have a Bar-b-que Chicken Cook-off (with $1000 in prizes), 2nd Chance Ministries Gospel Group, The Cruise Band, various vendors from educational booths to food vendors, canoe/kayak rides, pontoon boat rides and Carnival Rides. Entrance to the event is free to the public. This year it will also have Anything Rib Cook-off (with $600 in prizes) on the Friday night along with the annual Cake Cook-off (with $300 in prizes). The Josh Brannon Band will perform live from 8:00pm-11:00pm on Friday Night. Hours: Fri 5pm-11pm; Sat 10am-5pmInformation:
