The 2016 Carousel Festival is a free 2 day music festival. Art and Antiques, great food, music and Amusement Park Rides will fill City Park. The Carousel Festival host 3 stages of bands and performers. This event is pet friendly. Hours: Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 1pm-6pmInformation:
