Each year, on the 3rd Saturday of August, First Presbyterian Church hosts the Owensboro Multicultural Festival on its front lawn at 1328 Griffith Avenue. The 17th annual Owensboro Multicultural Festival will occur August 15, 2015, and is free for the whole community. The festival includes entertainment featuring vocal and instrumental music, dance, storytelling, demonstrations, and traditional costume from around the world. The festival includes a food court offering food from various countries including China, the Middle East, the Philippines, Mexico, the USA, and others. The cultural booths of the past include Native American, Czech Republic, Haiti, Scotland, England, China, Japan, Ukraine, Ireland, The Philippines, and many more. Hours: 10 am - 4 pmInformation:
