As background, the Family Time Expo is originally the Just 4 Girlz Expo. For the past 3 years, the Just 4 Girlz Expo was held at a convention center in the Washington, DC area but due to popularity and demand by the young men who felt left out-I have been pleasantly forced to expand. I am excited that the concept has evolved as it will allow greater opportunities to reach the youth and families in surrounding communities in order to promote balance and positive interaction between strangers-otherwise known as your neighbors.
The Family Time Expo is open to the public and will offer vendors/exhibitors dedicated to women, men, youth and families. The purpose of the event is to reinvent the meaning of family time and bring it back to our families in order to strengthen communities.
