Description of Event:
This community event for families and individuals features 12k and 6k run/walk events with Christmas Carolers at every "k" and a non-competitive 1.2k (3/4 mile) Santa "Sled Run" where families and teams will compete for prizes like the Christmas Spirit Award, Santa's Favorite Pet, and Best Decorated Entry. Spectators and participants will enjoy more Christmas caroling in the park, along with a Christmas Bazaar and Santa's Pet Village. The Bazaar will feature Christmas items - home-made arts and crafts, decorative items and gifts. Along with Christmas items, there will be food and beverage and commercial booths for sponsors.
